Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of software projects and platforms aligned with business and security strategies.
• Design, develop, and automate the deployment of software solutions and standards.
• Contribute to technology strategy and engineering roadmaps, including executing proof of concepts.
• Consult with business stakeholders to determine logical designs for new solutions based on existing data architecture.
• Supervise external engineering vendors and provide technical expertise and feedback.
• Manage project lifecycles, including documentation, progress recording, and testing plans.
• Identify and implement changes to enhance engineering effectiveness and service strategies.

Requirements

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 7-10 years of professional work experience, preferably in software design, development, or architecture.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages and software architecture.
• Experience with modern development tools and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with microservices, APIs, and full-stack development.
