About the Company

Hanover Park is building the AI-native ERP that will define private markets infrastructure. We have built a proprietary general ledger accounting system from the ground up, designed specifically for complex investment firms, serving assets under administration exceeding $15 billion.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered automation to streamline fund administration workflows
• Develop full-stack products owned end-to-end, including frontend, backend, infrastructure, AI, and deployment
• Solve hard technical problems at the intersection of AI, finance, and accounting
• Make architecture and technical decisions alongside the CTO
• Take full ownership of shipping and maintaining code without dedicated QA or PM support

Requirements

• Strong full-stack fundamentals across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
• Production experience building or integrating LLM/AI workflows
• High ownership mindset and ability to solve problems without detailed specifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Fintech or accounting software background
• Experience with data-intensive backend work (healthtech, insurance, finance, loans)
• Experience in Seed-to-Series B startup environments
