Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the product experience of AI applications deployed into enterprise customer environments
• Participate in customer conversations to understand workflows and pain points
• Build high-quality, full-stack features including data models, APIs, and user interfaces
• Collaborate with Applied AI and Platform engineers to ship production-grade solutions
• Iterate based on real usage and customer feedback
• Contribute to product engineering standards and reusable patterns
• Surface insights from deployments to inform core product direction

Requirements

• 2-5 years of product engineering experience
• Proficiency in modern backend frameworks, APIs, and data modeling
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript
• Strong eye for product experience and quality
• Ability to make pragmatic technical decisions
• Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Strong communication skills for customer-facing interactions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or integrating AI-powered features in production
• Background in enterprise deployment environments
• History of close collaboration with designers
• Experience with forward-deployed or embedded engineering models
