Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and optimize the Advent APX platform to ensure stability and performance.
• Design, develop, and troubleshoot complex MS SQL Server databases, including T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
• Build and maintain scalable backend applications and APIs using .NET (C#).
• Design and implement automated testing frameworks using tools like Playwright.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support release management.
• Identify opportunities to modernize legacy workflows using Node.js, microservices, and AI/LLM technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience administering and supporting Advent APX.
• Expert-level proficiency in MS SQL Server and advanced T-SQL programming.
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET Framework and C#.
• Working knowledge of Node.js and REST APIs.
• Experience with Playwright or similar automation testing frameworks.
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Domain experience in Wealth Management, Asset Management, or Financial Services.
• Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
• Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and enterprise financial application support.
