Our models are purpose-built for high-volume conversational deployments, engineered for the accuracy, performance, and deployment flexibility that production environments actually demand.

Responsibilities

• Own the Rime web app by leading the React/TypeScript web presence and transforming it into a high-performance, scalable application
• Drive growth by building conversion flows, onboarding experiences, and CTAs
• Architect analytics pipelines and instrumentation to provide visibility into the user funnel
• Partner with growth product managers, marketing, and sales to ship impactful features

Requirements

• Full-stack fluency in the TypeScript/Node.js ecosystem
• Experience building and optimizing signup flows, activation loops, and conversion funnels
• Data-driven execution with familiarity in A/B testing and experimentation infrastructure
• Strong product instinct regarding user behavior and conversion
• Bias towards action and autonomy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with growth tooling such as Segment, Metronome, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or PostHog
• Experience working at an early-stage startup
