Software Engineer, Growth

Responsibilities

• Ship and iterate activation, monetization, and retention experiences to turn first-time users into long-term fans
• Build distribution rails for user apps including SEO, social previews, and lifecycle journeys
• Ship marketplace and ecosystem features for publishing, discovering, and reusing apps and templates
• Design and implement monetization and pricing flows including payments, subscriptions, and billing integrations
• Build analytics and experimentation foundations such as events, funnels, and A/B tests
• Collaborate with design, marketing, partnerships, and support to launch new product surfaces

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building user-facing products in high-performing teams
• Strong product sense and UX taste for multi-sided systems
• Proficiency in using data, funnels, analytics, and A/B testing to iterate products
• Experience designing and measuring experiments and growth systems
• Ability to collaborate across design, marketing, and data functions
• Experience with React, Golang, or Rust is highly relevant
