Software Engineer, Growth

Responsibilities

• Build delightful product experiences, dashboards, charts, widgets, and landing pages to drive user engagement
• Develop user journeys that simplify complex financial information into elegant product flows
• Rapidly ship experiments and apply an iterative mindset to the building process
• Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to identify optimization opportunities
• Build 0-1 features and templatize successful growth drivers for non-engineers

Requirements

• 3+ years of industry experience with strong full-stack programming skills
• Strong emphasis on front-end development using React and TypeScript
• Track record of building viral applications and creating moments of delight
• Data-driven mindset with experience running A/B tests using experimentation platforms
• Ability to move fast and adjust quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong customer intuition and consumer sensibility

Preferred Qualifications

• NextJS experience
• Extensive experience with charting libraries
• Past experience in consumer fintech
