Responsibilities

• Build data infrastructure that turns fragmented industry data into actionable pipelines
• Ship internal tools to enhance sales effectiveness, including outbound automation and lead routing
• Apply AI and LLMs to unstructured data to generate pipeline signals
• Build background agents to compound the company's sales advantage

Requirements

• Extremely AI-native approach to software development
• Track record of shipping high-quality products at scale, including with/for agents
• Experience designing and working with scalable databases and APIs
• Ability to think in systems rather than individual tickets
• Desire to work in a high-performance startup environment and be customer-facing

Preferred Qualifications

• Startup experience as a technical co-founder or early engineer at a Series A/B/C startup
• Experience working with messy real-world data from analog sources
• Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools like Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Apollo
• 2+ years of professional experience
