Software Engineer (Growth)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy high-quality features across web and desktop-native applications
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code with unit and integration tests
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and scalability
• Partner with Product and Growth teams to optimize monetization, onboarding, and expansion experiences
• Develop experimentation and feature-flagging capabilities for A/B testing
• Build scalable platform capabilities to empower growth initiatives
• Mentor junior engineers and help them grow their technical expertise
• Participate in a rotating team on-call schedule

Requirements

• Strong experience with Python, Vue/React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, GraphQL, or GCP
• Practical experience with serverless computing, microservices, and event-driven architectures
• Proficiency with both SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL schemas
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• Proven ability to design, build, launch, and maintain large-scale production systems
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leveraging modern AI-powered developer tools (LLM-assisted development)
• Familiarity with integrating AI/LLM-based capabilities into applications
