Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Anchor architecture decisions for the AI/agentic stack, including patterns for skills, tools, agent loops, evals, memory, and observability
• Identify high-leverage automation opportunities and run them end-to-end with department partners
• Ship production-grade Python and TypeScript services, internal UIs, and integrations across SaaS platforms like Okta, Slack, Salesforce, and Workday
• Design PostgreSQL data models to support automation, observability, and AI experimentation
• Contribute to code reviews and improve testing, documentation, and runbook practices
• Provide availability for production support activities as requested

Requirements

• 5+ years of production experience as a software engineer
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript across the full stack
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React
• Proven track record designing and operating SaaS integrations at scale (OAuth, webhooks, rate limits, etc.)
• Deep PostgreSQL and SQL skills with strong data-modeling judgment
• Solid testing practices using tools like pytest, Jest, or RSpec
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, Terraform, and observability stacks like Datadog or Rollbar
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring other engineers
