Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and maintain software applications throughout the full development life cycle.
• Create and deliver code for both front-end and back-end programming using various languages and architectures.
• Analyze existing applications and formulate logic for new applications, including flowcharting and debugging.
• Perform unit testing, validation, and corrective measures for code deficiencies.
• Apply application standards and ensure compliance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) security standards.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver internal and external client software solutions.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business/Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in coding, designing, developing, and analyzing data.
• Experience working with various APIs and external services.
• Knowledge of both relational and NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in coding, designing, developing, and analyzing data.
• Experience with IBM Rational Tools.
