Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, modify, debug, and evaluate programming in systems and applications.
• Analyze existing programs and formulate logic for new systems, including flowcharting and coding.
• Take charge of the installation, configuration, testing, and documentation of custom and vendor-packaged applications.
• Work closely with the development team to design, test, and implement business solutions.
• Complete all facets of unit, system, regression, and parallel testing for applications.
• Provide minor development for enhancements and reporting.
• Provide training and turnover to application support team members.
• Participate in off-hour support rotations and provide 24x7 support to business customers when required.
• Maintain communication with group and team members and assist in meeting customer requirements.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-IT personnel.
• Familiarity with various coding languages and tools used for support and development.
