Software Engineer - Game Development

Responsibilities

• Work on a new simulation framework for detailed 3D simulation at massive scale
• Utilize Cesium to create massive scale simulation environments
• Customize Unreal Engine plugins for content ingestion and creation
• Integrate engines into the simulation workflow for a seamless customer experience
• Deploy engines on various platforms, including local and cloud environments
• Optimize simulations based on performance and accuracy requirements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining game engines at an AAA game studio
• Expertise in game engine architecture for scalability and flexibility
• Experience with Unreal Engine and content workflows
• Background in deploying and optimizing software on multiple platforms (on-prem/cloud)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience shipping Unreal Engine games
• Experience with autonomous vehicles or simulation products
• Experience integrating third-party physics libraries
• Proficiency with Houdini or other DCC packages (Maya, 3DS Max, or Blender)
• Experience with networking and multiplayer use cases
