Software Engineer, Fullstack

About the Company

fab2 was founded by Sam Zeloof and Jim Keller. The team designs all the hardware and software needed to make chips, building the fabs, tools, and components themselves.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship core product features for the central web app
• Develop highly responsive, intuitive UIs for real-time hardware monitoring and control
• Design and build internal tools for process design and workflow orchestration
• Own major features end-to-end across the full stack
• Iterate rapidly by working directly with process engineers and hardware teams

Requirements

• Strong experience building and shipping real-world applications autonomously
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Go
• Ability to work end-to-end across the stack
• Ability to build clean, fast, and intuitive interfaces
• Strong product sense and design taste

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building software for technical users (engineers, scientists, or data teams)
• Experience with complex data visualization or real-time interactive UIs
• Familiarity with Rust or WebAssembly
• Exceptional eye for UI/UX design
