Software Engineer (Fullstack)

About the Company

Counsel is building the first fully-vertical, AI-native medical group. Their mission is to multiply the world's healthcare capacity by creating personalized, AI-enabled medical tools that make physicians more efficient and effective.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Product and Design to ship unique product experiences in AI-enabled care
• Collaborate with the ML research team to bring cutting-edge AI/LLM techniques into production
• Improve the physician-facing care platform and integrate AI tooling
• Build robust integrations with large enterprise clients, including EMR and claims data systems

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally in a startup environment
• Proficiency with React, TypeScript, Next.js, React Native, Postgres (Supabase), Tailwind CSS, and AWS
• Experience building and scaling products for hundreds of thousands of users
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and take ownership of broad initiatives
