Responsibilities

• Build and operate production full-stack features powering AI-driven healthcare communication
• Integrate with EHRs, legacy healthcare systems, and real-time voice infrastructure
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and senior engineers to turn customer needs into shipped software
• Debug and improve reliability, performance, and scalability across live systems
• Contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and evolving engineering best practices

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience building and shipping production software
• Strong full-stack experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQL
• Comfort working in ambiguous environments and learning quickly
• Strong sense of ownership regarding quality, reliability, and real-world impact
• Clear communication and a collaborative mindset
