Responsibilities

• Start building and pushing code in your first week and ship impactful features
• Design and ship agentic features in internal development tools
• Build evaluation frameworks for non-deterministic agent behavior
• Own end-to-end systems including prompt design, tool integration, orchestration, observability, and cost
• Partner with engineering leadership to measure and improve developer throughput
• Evaluate current systems and propose scalable architectures
• Mentor new hires

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in Full-Stack development
• Excellent software engineering fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures
• Experience building, deploying, and debugging production systems at scale
• Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, or equivalent)
• Experience with tool use, structured outputs, and multi-turn agent loops
• Strong intuition for developer experience and internal user experience
• Comfort working with non-determinism and evaluation frameworks
• Ability to work independently and thrive in fast-paced environments
