Software Engineer, Full Stack

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, and operate full-stack applications
• Own features end-to-end, including system design, implementation, testing, and observability
• Design and implement custom AI agents and integrate systems using the Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Integrate applications with internal and external AI services such as LLMs, embeddings, and search via APIs
• Develop and maintain retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems
• Harden AI-enabled applications for mission-critical manufacturing environments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Solid foundation in software engineering fundamentals, including object-oriented design and testing practices
• Experience with backend or full-stack development, including API development and data persistence
• Working knowledge of CI/CD concepts and deployment workflows
• Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools
• Familiarity with integrating AI capabilities into applications and working knowledge of RAG concepts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with modern backend frameworks like C# or ASP.NET and frontend frameworks like Angular
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and working with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with container-based deployment environments
• Experience designing AI agent frameworks or structured tool interfaces
• Experience building production-grade AI systems with high reliability and performance requirements
