Software Engineer - Full Stack and Python

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, secure full-stack software solutions using Python-based frameworks and modern web technologies.
• Build and support reliable applications on cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, following established architectural standards.
• Design, enhance, and test REST APIs and system integrations to support seamless data communication.
• Write secure, efficient, and testable code while adhering to best practices for authentication, authorization, and data protection.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team discussions to maintain high quality standards.
• Contribute to CI/CD improvements and DevOps practices to enhance deployment reliability.
• Document technical designs, workflows, and APIs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in backend development using Python (Django, FastAPI, or Flask).
• Frontend experience with React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience building containerized or serverless applications on AWS or Azure.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of system design, secure coding practices, and encryption.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks, version control, and Unix-like environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing Microsoft Teams applications.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines to improve release efficiency.
• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and an interest in exploring responsible AI practices.
