Software Engineer (Full Stack and Mobile)

Responsibilities

• Contribute rapidly to the core software platform automating the leasing process
• Develop and own new features to increase customer value
• Propose improvements to software architecture and design patterns
• Drive engineering best practices and automated testing
• Leverage CI/CD to rapidly iterate on products
• Attract top-tier talent to the engineering team

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Java, C#, Go, or Python
• 2+ years of experience in Flutter, Swift, Kotlin, or Objective C++
• Proven track record of shipping scalable mobile applications to app stores
• Strong system design and microservices architecture knowledge
• Understanding of event-driven distributed systems, machine learning, and data
• Experience with AWS
• Ability to work in person at the office 4-5 days a week
• Startup mindset with a strong bias for action
