Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own the Python SDK lifecycle, including API design and client-side implementation
• Build and maintain a cross-platform CLI with a modern interface and high UX standards
• Manage packaging and distribution pipelines
• Develop and maintain internal developer tools related to DevOps
• Create examples, templates, and guides to assist developer utilization

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional Python engineering experience building libraries, SDKs, or developer tools
• Demonstrated ownership of SDK/CLI development and familiarity with API ergonomics
• Strong Python fundamentals including asyncio, typing, packaging, and testing
• Fluency in REST and gRPC Web APIs
• Experience working with Python monorepos
• Clear written communication skills for API design and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Maintainer or significant OSS contributor to Python libraries
• Experience with Python AST, Meta-programming, and Packaging
• Performance work including profiling, streaming, and backpressure
• Cross-language exposure to TypeScript/Node or Go
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes basics
• Experience with LLM/agent SDKs or inference workflows
