Responsibilities

• Build agentic systems that design and launch web experiences using applied-AI techniques
• Develop Flint's core application across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
• Implement evals, observability, and testing for AI systems to ensure reliable output
• Rapidly prototype features with users and turn learnings into durable production systems
• Participate in architecture decisions and own projects end-to-end

Requirements

• Product-first engineering mindset with a deep focus on user experience
• Strong full-stack development experience
• Regular use of modern AI development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.)
• Ability to take ownership from problem definition to solution implementation
• Experience building MVPs and iterating quickly based on user feedback

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with website builders (Webflow, Framer) or CMS platforms (Sanity, Contentful, Strapi)
• Experience shipping LLM features to real users and managing non-deterministic outputs
• Background working at early-stage startups or within small, high-density teams
