Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop technology to transform real-life patient experiences into real-world evidence
• Collaborate with U.S. engineering teams, oncologists, clinicians, and product leaders to solve complex challenges
• Contribute to team roadmaps and the development of technology direction
• Build and scale European engineering teams and company culture
• Rapidly iterate on products while maintaining high standards for quality and security
• Work with complex data pipelines using various data processing tools

Requirements

• 1-4 years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience with object-oriented programming (Python, C#, or SQL)
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS
• Experience with data warehouse solutions like Snowflake
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the UK healthcare sector
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field
• Background in data engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, or security engineering
