We're building AI-powered infrastructure to transform preventative healthcare through a three-sided marketplace connecting providers, patients, and payers.

Responsibilities

• Build features end-to-end and take ownership of delivery and impact
• Contribute to the underlying platform to ensure stability and smooth developer experience
• Support engineering teammates through collaboration and problem-solving
• Team up with product and design to push for the best project outcomes
• Maintain high standards and uphold team best practices
• Prototype new feature ideas and fix UI blemishes to improve product quality

Requirements

• Backend or full-stack generalist experience
• At least two years of professional experience
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript/React
• Experience building user-facing products with an eye for detail
• Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic startup environments
• Strong ownership mindset and clear communication skills
