Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement customer feedback, enhancements, and new features.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for complex application and data issues.
• Optimize application performance and scalability using monitoring tools like App Insights, Grafana, or Kibana.
• Support production deployments, hotfixes, and release procedures within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Ensure all development and support activities align with GxP and other regulatory requirements.
• Guide and groom junior team members to help them handle product improvements independently.
• Document technical solutions, workarounds, and known issues in a centralized knowledge base.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in end-to-end web application development using the Microsoft stack.
• Proficiency in .NET Core (6/7/8), C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, and WebAPI.
• Strong frontend skills with Angular 7+, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Hands-on experience with Cosmos DB, MongoDB, Elastic Search, Redis, and MSSQL.
• Solid understanding of Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, and Domain-Driven Design.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure Functions.
• Knowledge of Unit Testing frameworks such as MS Test, Jasmine, Moq, NUnit, or Karma.
• MCA or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Authentication and Authorization protocols like OAuth2 and OpenID Connect.
• Previous experience working in a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) environment.
• Familiarity with GxP compliance and regulatory documentation in a laboratory or life sciences context.
