Software Engineer, Enterprise Platform

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve organization management systems including multi-level structures, groups, roles, and SCIM provisioning
• Design and implement fine-grained RBAC with permissions and resource scopes
• Extend enterprise settings and policies such as security policies, allowed models, and configuration inheritance
• Deepen audit logging infrastructure to provide queryable, tamper-evident audit trails
• Build admin APIs and internal tooling for customer success and sales engineering
• Ship compliance features including SSO enforcement, session management, and data analytics
• Partner with product, security, and infrastructure teams to define scalable platform abstractions

Requirements

• Experience building multi-tenant organization or IAM systems in production
• Proven track record shipping RBAC or ABAC systems
• Deep understanding of authorization correctness and "fail closed" principles
• Ability to ship features end-to-end from database schema and API design to admin UI and documentation
• Ability to balance rapid feature shipping with security and access pattern stability
