Software Engineer, Enterprise AI Platform

Responsibilities

• Build internal AI-native applications for enterprise operations across Finance, People, and GTM
• Develop MCP connectors and enterprise integrations featuring robust authentication, permissions, and rate-limit handling
• Design end-to-end multi-agent workflows including tool routing, human approvals, and audit trails
• Architect data systems for operational AI, focusing on ingestion, schemas, quality, and governance
• Implement evals, monitoring, metrics, and regression tests for agentic workflows
• Create reusable infrastructure and patterns to support other enterprise teams

Requirements

• Strong Python engineering skills for backend services, agent workflows, and data ingestion
• Expertise in system design across shared infrastructure, app architecture, and scaling
• Experience building internal applications, backend services, APIs, or integration platforms
• Practical experience with applied AI systems, including RAG, evals, MCP/tool use, or multi-agent workflows
• Strong data architecture fundamentals including modeling, lineage, and quality checks
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical stakeholders and business owners
