Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the architecture of systems supporting the AI agent platform, ensuring high availability and reliability
• Lead decisions related to scalability to handle increasing demand and complexity
• Design and implement solutions for large-scale data processing, ensuring integrity and efficiency
• Partner with AI teams to integrate machine learning models and LLMs into production
• Elevate technical standards through code reviews, best practices, and mentorship

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar
• Experience developing and maintaining distributed and scalable systems
• Experience in the design and management of large-scale relational databases
• High curiosity and ability to dive deep into data
• Sense of urgency and high execution speed
• Adaptability to unstructured environments and open problems
