Responsibilities

• Build real product features and/or platform components across the stack, front end, back end, infra, or on-chain
• Own scoped projects end-to-end from problem definition to deployment and monitoring
• Collaborate with design and engineering to deliver fast, reliable, and secure experiences
• Instrument and improve performance, reliability, and observability
• Write clear tests and documentation

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building software via courses, personal projects, research, or internships
• Proficiency in one or more languages such as TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, Rust, Java, or C/C++
• Solid CS fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and systems thinking
• Familiarity with Git and basic debugging
• High agency and a team-first mindset
• Curiosity about DeFi/crypto

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in full-stack web (React/Javascript), backend APIs, infrastructure/DevOps (Docker, CI/CD, cloud), or on-chain/low-level systems
• Familiarity with blockchain technology, specifically Solana
• Interest or experience in fintech or trading
• Proficiency in Rust or TypeScript
