Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality, clean, and maintainable code for the EHR platform
- Design and implement robust, scalable data pipelines for healthcare data sources
- Lead end-to-end execution of complex data migrations for new clients
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, AI, and RCM teams
- Champion engineering excellence through coding standards, testing, and code reviews
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python or TypeScript
- Experience with modern backend stacks including Git, GCP/AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools
- Proven track record of designing end-to-end solutions and architectural decisions
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive experience in high-stakes, fast-paced environments
