Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new software features for Linux-based systems
• Ensure software is designed for performance and reliability on resource-constrained targets
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including ML/AI, Data Science, Embedded, and RF, to deliver on business requirements
• Work with the broader engineering team to ensure reliable and robust end-to-end system operation
• Write and maintain internal documentation for implemented features

Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar technical field
• 1-3 years of professional software development experience
• Proficiency in modern C++ and/or Python for developing complex applications
• Experience developing under Linux environments
• Experience with multi-process architectures and IPC mechanisms
• Proficiency with development tools including Git, Jira, Confluence, GitLab CI/CD, and Docker

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with embedded Linux
• Experience with concurrent computing and code optimization
• DevOps experience, including automated testing and system monitoring
• Familiarity with ML, RF, FPGA, and DSP technologies
