Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features in a modern, cloud-native stack for job seekers and recruiters
• Own features end-to-end, including code reviews and design discussions
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to deliver incremental value
• Apply AI agents and automation across the development lifecycle
• Grow technical depth and take on larger, more ambiguous system problems

Requirements

• Solid experience building production applications with Node.js and TypeScript
• Experience with RESTful or GraphQL services
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks like React and Next.js
• Experience with AWS or other major cloud providers
• Exposure to CI/CD and containers (Docker, Fargate, Kubernetes)
• Exposure to automated testing (e.g., Playwright)
• AI-native workflow experience using AI coding agents

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience applying LLM tooling (e.g., LiteLLM) to data problems
• Integration of third-party systems via APIs
• Working knowledge of Python or Java
• Data modeling and database skills with PostgreSQL or NoSQL
• Experience with distributed, event-driven systems (SNS/SQS, Lambda)
• Experience with scalable SaaS applications
