Software Engineer, Development AVP

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, debug, and implement software programs and applications using cloud computing tools and engineering languages.
• Participate in the daily delivery of ETF Servicing, providing minor enhancements and converting support trends into platform improvements.
• Write unit and automation tests to ensure high-quality end products and participate in regular code reviews.
• Triage production issues by reviewing code and logs to implement effective solutions.
• Actively participate in the agile scrum process, including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Work independently to solve technical and business problems within the ETF domain.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Java n-tier applications.
• Professional experience in PL/SQL development.
• Strong experience with data and database tooling.
• Proficiency with cloud technologies, methodologies, and implementation tools.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of AI-enabled programming.
• Ability to gather and analyze complex business requirements within the financial sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with global teams.
