Software Engineer, Developer Productivity

Responsibilities

• Drive the design, development, and implementation of tools, systems, and processes that accelerate engineering velocity
• Use latest AI tools to re-think and improve team productivity
• Partner with various teams to understand workflows and address technical requirements
• Lay technical foundations for new features and research capabilities
• Guide product engineering teams on best practices for observable and scalable systems
• Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure system reliability

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in engineering
• 3+ years of experience building infrastructure or tooling for developers
• Experience with large-scale deployments, such as Kubernetes clusters
• Proficiency with technologies like Terraform, Buildkite, Postgres, Cosmos DB, Kafka, Python, or FastAPI
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments
