Software Engineer, Developer Productivity

Responsibilities

• Design and build systems, tools, and workflows to enhance developer productivity
• Architect and operate foundations for engineering, from local development to global deployments
• Create fast builds, intuitive tooling, reliable environments, and seamless CI/CD
• Set technical direction, write and review code, and collaborate across engineering teams
• Build multi-platform development environments and maintain CI/CD systems including merge queues and build caching
• Automate developer machine provisioning and onboarding workflows
• Partner with backend and infrastructure teams to ensure parity between development and CI environments

Requirements

• Experience in developer productivity, internal platform, infrastructure, or build/test systems
• Proficiency in writing and reviewing code and scripting CI pipelines
• Experience building or maintaining tooling for large-scale or multi-language codebases
• Strong focus on developer velocity, reliability, and maintainability
