About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze and study complex system requirements to design software tools and subsystems.
- Design, develop, and architect scalable, secure web applications and enterprise systems.
- Manage software development lifecycles using formal specifications and data flow diagrams.
- Interpret design specifications to code, integrate, and test software components.
- Collaborate with division managers and system owners to ensure alignment with application architecture.
- Provide technical guidance to software engineering teams and assist in overcoming technical obstacles.
- Create and maintain programmatic and technical documentation for efficient execution.
- Estimate software development costs, schedules, and plan for capacity management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Minimum of four (4) years of relevant work experience in software development.
- Demonstrated experience developing web applications using ASP.Net and Cloud technologies.
- Experience with low-code tools such as Appian is highly valued.
- Proven ability to lead full lifecycle application development and architecture.
- US Citizenship or Green Card is required; no visa sponsorship is available.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting federal projects.
- Active Public Trust or Suitability adjudication.
