Responsibilities

• Build and operate backend systems at scale, including high-throughput ingestion, enrichment, scoring, and alerting pipelines
• Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant systems and APIs
• Develop reliable automation and dashboards for operations and customers
• Take end-to-end ownership from requirement collection to continuous iteration
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to product decisions

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building production backend services or full-stack features
• Mastery of at least one backend language (Python, Go, Java, or Node)
• Solid system design skills including sharding, caching, and queueing
• Experience building and operating large data pipelines (batch or streaming)
• Deep practical experience with SQL, NoSQL, message queues, and rate limiting
• Strong observability, debugging, and incident response skills
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills
