Software Engineer, Deployed

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and integration of Factory’s platform into customer engineering environments
• Act as the CEO's primary technical lead on customer engagements, including on-site travel
• Lead special engineering projects that expand product capabilities and influence the roadmap
• Respond rapidly to customer needs, including system integration and troubleshooting diverse codebases
• Develop tooling and documentation to support customer growth at scale
• Bridge the gap between customers and internal Product, Engineering, and Sales teams

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience, preferably in AI or innovative software engineering companies
• Ability to quickly grasp new technologies, programming languages, and software development practices
• Proficiency across a broad tech stack
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and technical diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
• Proactive mindset suitable for a fast-paced startup environment
