Delfa is fixing broken clinical trials using autonomous AI agents. We're building AI agents to automate clinical trials, helping to accelerate the delivery of life-saving treatments to market.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale AI agent systems end-to-end, including voice interactions and workflow orchestration
- Own complex projects from architecture to deployment with high autonomy
- Build and evolve infrastructure, observability, and monitoring systems
- Integrate leading-edge models from AI labs into production workflows
- Design robust data pipelines for ingesting and serving healthcare data
- Improve internal AI tooling and platform to increase team velocity
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience
- Proven track record of building high-quality products quickly
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to solve hard technical problems
- Growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
