Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of data governance frameworks to improve data ownership and accountability
• Manage role-based access control (RBAC) in Snowflake
• Define and maintain data policies around access, usage, and retention
• Develop and optimize data models and transformations in Snowflake using dbt
• Build tooling and abstractions for high-quality data consumption
• Maintain documentation, including data definitions and governance standards
• Contribute to data lineage and metadata tracking
• Support audit readiness by collecting evidence and maintaining access logs
• Partner with Engineering and Analytics teams to incorporate governance into pipelines

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Data, Analytics, or Data Engineering
• Working knowledge of SQL and modern data warehouses (Snowflake preferred)
• Understanding of access controls, RBAC, and data security best practices
• Familiarity with modern data tools like dbt or Airflow
• Exposure to infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally
• Eligibility to work in the US
