Responsibilities

• Launch new Bugbot features end-to-end from defining the feature and building the UI to wiring up the backend and iterating on model behavior
• Evolve the review pipeline by adapting prompting strategies, model routing, context selection, and agent orchestration
• Build integrations that embed Bugbot into engineer workflows
• Own product quality and reliability by monitoring precision and recall and triaging false positives
• Design onboarding and adoption flows to drive daily active usage
• Partner with ML, infrastructure, and product teams to inform model improvements and shape the roadmap

Requirements

• Experience building or working on agents that integrate into code review or CI/CD workflows
• Proven track record of shipping full-stack product features end-to-end
• Deep care for developer experience and collecting evals
• Ability to balance rapid shipping with maintaining high-quality, trustworthy suggestions
• Experience launching products or features to external users and owning the full lifecycle
