Software Engineer, Compiler Developer Productivity Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design CI systems and optimize pipeline execution flows and resource usage
• Build self-healing structures capable of automatic detection, recovery, and prevention of CI failures
• Develop internal tooling such as diagnostic tools and dashboards to increase developer productivity
• Analyze and improve CI latency, costs, resource utilization, and developer workflow bottlenecks

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent problem-solving capability
• Proficiency in Python development
• Experience designing or improving CI/CD systems or developer tooling
• Understanding of Kubernetes or container-based environments
• Ability to analyze complex system problems and design solutions
• Experience with at least one CI framework such as Tekton, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Argo

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes-native CI environments like Tekton
• Experience using Elixir, Rust, or Go
• Experience with build systems, test infrastructure, or distributed workflows
• Experience developing tools to improve developer productivity
• Experience designing systems to handle infrastructure instability
