Responsibilities

• Leverage modern backend, data, and AI/LLM technologies to deliver intelligent experiences to clinicians and patients
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend systems, AI workflows, and integrations
• Lead technical planning for new features, balancing feasibility, clinical usability, and data integrity
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and clinical experts to ship dependable solutions
• Work in a fast-moving environment with daily deployments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Professional software engineering experience
• Strong fullstack skills with Python (required) and TypeScript/React
• Working knowledge of containers and cloud technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs or building AI-powered features in production
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with technical and clinical stakeholders
• Experience in fast-paced environments focused on rapid shipping
