Commure is building the AI Operating System for healthcare, providing a platform that automates documentation, patient workflows, and revenue cycle management. The company integrates with over 60 EHRs and supports hundreds of thousands of clinicians nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Leverage modern backend, data, and AI/LLM technologies to deliver intelligent experiences to clinicians and patients
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend systems for healthcare solutions and AI workflows
• Lead technical planning for new features, balancing feasibility, clinical usability, and data integrity
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and clinical experts to ship dependable solutions
• Work in a fast-moving environment that ships daily

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Professional software engineering experience
• Strong Fullstack skills with Python (backend) and TypeScript/React (frontend)
• Working knowledge of containers and cloud technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs or building AI-powered features in production
• Strong communication skills for working with both engineers and clinical teams
• Experience in fast-moving environments
