Responsibilities

• Build AI-natively using AI as the default starting point for problem-solving
• Invent new interfaces for autonomous software delivery and AI agent surfaces
• Own the full stack by building features end-to-end in Go, React, and TypeScript
• Obsess over craft, ensuring reliability and responsiveness in interfaces
• Champion observability using tools like Honeycomb, Datadog, and Rollbar
• Identify and close operational gaps within the engineering organization

Requirements

• 3+ years of production full-stack experience
• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript
• Experience owning backend services in Go, including API design and data modeling
• Proven track record of shipping real products to users
• Experience with system design, architecture, and making conscious technical tradeoffs
• Comfort operating services in a distributed environment
• Daily use of AI engineering tools and practices
