- Build AI-natively using AI as the default starting point for problem-solving
- Invent new interfaces for autonomous software delivery and AI agent surfaces
- Obsess over craft, ensuring reliability and responsiveness in interfaces
- Champion observability using tools like Honeycomb, Datadog, and Rollbar
- Identify and close operational gaps across the engineering organization
Requirements
- 3+ years of production full-stack, backend-leaning experience
- Strong backend expertise in Go, including API design and data modeling
- Experience with AI-native engineering practices and tools
- Strong system design and architectural thinking skills
- Experience operating services in a distributed environment
