Software Engineer, Cash Advance

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable cash advance features across mobile and web experiences
• Collaborate with engineers to ship high-quality code and solve complex product challenges
• Build reliable systems that handle sensitive financial data, real-time advances, and compliance needs
• Write and maintain clear documentation for a fast-moving remote team

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience shipping and scaling user-facing applications or backend services
• Experience building mobile or other user-facing applications
• Familiarity with React Native or similar frameworks
• Strong communication, ownership, and execution skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in fintech or other regulated environments
• Comfort working in a microservice-oriented architecture
• Familiarity with Node, TypeScript, NestJS, Kubernetes, or AWS
