Responsibilities

• Develop and refine autonomous digital workers that automate insurance workflows end-to-end
• Ideate, design, implement, and ship new features across the stack including frontend UIs, backend APIs, and critical infrastructure
• Collaborate directly with customers to design and deliver tailored enterprise solutions
• Strengthen core systems including AI and compute infrastructure, asynchronous processing, and observability
• Measure, optimize, and reinvent production systems for AI workflow performance
• Partner with go-to-market teams to translate customer requirements into product roadmaps

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
• Proficiency in Golang, TypeScript, and React
• Strong foundation in computer science and software development
• Proficiency in AI concepts, APIs, workflows, and tools
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
