About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement a software pipeline for sensor intrinsic and extrinsic parameter calibration across various vehicle configurations
- Design processes for calibration lifecycle management, deployment, data collection, and evaluation
- Collaborate with the core calibration algorithm team
- Build state-of-the-art algorithms for offline (factory/lab) and online (on-road) calibration
- Enable sensor fusion for Camera, Lidar, Radar, IMU, GNSS, and more
- Design user-friendly calibration procedures and HMI integration for online status exposure
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience building software components or sub-systems
- Hands-on experience with calibration, middleware, benchmarking suites, or related pipelines
- Expertise in C++ and/or Python
- Self-starter with a passion for autonomous systems
Preferred Qualifications
- MSc in calibration, state-estimation, optimization, or a related field
- Deep understanding of core calibration concepts, world representations, and sensor noise characteristics
- Experience with state-of-the-art offline and online calibration algorithms
- Experience with early and late stage sensor fusion for state estimation
- Experience building and shipping software frameworks used by other developers
