Responsibilities
- Build dashboards, reports, and lightweight internal applications to support business decision-making
- Develop tools and automations to improve visibility into company operations and reduce manual work
- Integrate data across various systems including HRIS, CRM, and finance tools
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in software engineering, analytics, or automation
- Strong programming fundamentals in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or SQL
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Metabase
- Proficiency with frameworks like React, Node.js, or FastAPI
- Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Cursor or GitHub Copilot
